Introduction

Kind of like hamburger helper but better and with less calories Kind of like hamburger helper but better and with less calories
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups of uncooked rice
    1 lb of 93% lean ground beef
    1 can of campbells cheddar cheese soup
    1 medium onion
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp seasoning salt
    2 tbsp of texas pete
    1 garlic clove minced

Directions

Cook rice by directions on box. Meanwhile brown beef in skillet. Add all other ingredients including rice and liet simmer for about 20 minutes then serve.

  • Had good flavor and tasty. A bit too much salty taste, would lessen the amount of season salt. Good meal - 5/6/08
