Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Introduction

Feel free to swap out the fruit to adjust to your own nutritional needs. Feel free to swap out the fruit to adjust to your own nutritional needs.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 small banana, cut up to go in blender
    1 mango, cut into chunks
    1/2 c pineapple chunks (canned - you can use fresh as well)
    1/2 c Orange Juice (I used Simply Orange)
    garnish (optional)

Directions

makes 1 16-oz smoothie, or 2 8-oz smoothies

Place all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. Serve chilled.

If you're serving this for a brunch, you can garnish the glasses with fresh slices of pineapple or orange rings, or mint sprigs.
