Buffalo Brisket in the Slow Cooker

Introduction

Great nutritional value, almost no work! Oh yeah, it tastes good too!
I didn't use any seasonings (not even salt!) and this turned out delicious anyway. Any number of herbs could be added to jazz the dish up a little without adding salt, fat or carbs.

Ingredients

    2 lbs buffalo meat, preferably a brisket cut but a roast will work too
    2 large sweet potatoes
    1 medium yellow onion

Directions

Peel onion & cut in half.
Cut sweet potates in 1-2 inch chunks
Place onions, sweet potatoes & meat in slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
