Introduction

Very easy to make. Makes for a nice light lunch or side/salad. Very easy to make. Makes for a nice light lunch or side/salad.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups canned Chickpeas, rinsed well
    1 medium tomatoe, chopped
    1 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/4 cup Yogurt
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp Cilantro,chopped
    1/2 tblsp chopped fresh mint or crushed dry mint

Directions

Mix all ingredent an enjoy as is or served on a bed of lettuce.
