    10 gms maca powder (1 heaping spoonful)
    2 tsp hot cocoa powder
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup Vitasoy light soy milk

Directions

Blend it all up and enjoy. Maca is said to be a great hormone regulator for menopause, a libido lifter and all around aphrodesiac.
