Ingredients

    Pumpkin puree ( Stokley) canned. per 1/2 cup, 1.679 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    White Kidney beans ( 19 fl oz /540 ml can)
    Campbell's Organice Vegetable broth 900ml
    Dale Peaches and cream Whole Kernel Corn - 1 can
    Diced Tomatoes 796ml/28 fl oz per can
    Maple Leaf flakes of Ham Canned, 33 % less
    salt, 156 grams Chopped/cubed
    Ital Pasta whole wheat Rotini 300 ml /85g
    300 g Broccoli , cauliflower and Carrot fresh medley.
    Dried rosemary and Black pepper to taste

Directions

boil together to make a yummy soup!
Make sure you rinse the beans before adding,
add the pasta 15 min before serving.
Serving size : 1 cup ( 250 ml)
