Spiced-Up Meatballs

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs of blended ground beef, pork & veal
    1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and place in an oven-safe dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until browned. Drain excess fat that was released during baking; add to tomato sauce or serve as desired. Yield: 24 meatballs; 8 servings.
