Introduction

This recipe is easy and fast. It lends itself beautifully to any white fish. It goes grat with okra. This recipe is easy and fast. It lends itself beautifully to any white fish. It goes grat with okra.

Ingredients

    1 5oz. fish fillet (halibut, cod, grouper, flounder)
    4 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingedients in a bowl, and mix well. Pour over fillet and make sure it is evenly coated. Let stand for 15 minutes. Place fish in a shallow, nonstick pan and bake for about 12 minutes or until the fish is flaky. Bast ocasionally withthe marinade. Serve immediately.
