Scones the Easy way
Introduction
You could make these with half wholewheat flour and half white. Add fruit and a little sweetener if liked. If you like savoury scones add @1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and snipped chives. Ingredients

1 cup Sugar Free Lemonade (fizzy type)
1 cup Low-Fat (or No Fat) Sour Cream
3 cups White Flour, plain
2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 430 deg F (220 deg C)
Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a large bowl. Make a well in the centre. Quickly mix the sour cream and lemonade together and pour into flour.
Mix with a knife until mixture comes together. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead gently until just smooth and pliable.
Roll out to @ 3/4" thick.
Cut scones into rounds and place close together on a greased tray.
Bake in a very hot oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
