Sautéd Onions

Introduction

Yummy to put on rice or chicken or whatever! A very savory taste! Yummy to put on rice or chicken or whatever! A very savory taste!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Onion, large, chopped
    1/4 cup white cooking wine (I use Holland
    House)
    1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp. regular (or white) Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Heat olive oil on medium high. Place chopped onion in skillet. Sauté for about a minute. Add wime and vinegar. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 9 mins, or to taste.

Top on rice, chicken, steak, whatever really!

1/4 of an onion is a serving. Makes four servings.
