Chinese Chicken

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 120 grams
    Cabbage sliced finely100 grams
    Cauliflower, chopped finely raw, 50 grams
    Carrots, raw and diced, 50 grams
    Onions, raw and sliced , 50 grams
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 100 grams
    Green Peppers (bell peppers) sliced, 50 grams
    Chili powder, 0.25 tsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves crushed
    Ginger, ground, 0.25 tsp
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 10 grams
    Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
    Pineapple (in pieces 125 grams + 2 tbspns of juice
    tap water boiled 125 ml


Directions

Warm a non stick telfon wok up. When suitable warm throw the chicken, diced onions, chili powder and garlic in. Let these cook until gently warmed through, then add cauliflower chopped, carrots diced, mixed vegetables frozen, green peppers, cabbage cabbage and pineapple pieces.
Let it fry and warm through, add stock cube, pineapple juice and soya to the water. Add this to the mixture and continue to cook until vegetables are cooked as you like them...
