Ham and vegetable noodle cups

Introduction

Great for snacks and a great way to get kids (or adults!) to eat their vegies. Great for snacks and a great way to get kids (or adults!) to eat their vegies.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 x 85g packet instant noodles
    1 zucchini grated
    1 carrot grated
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup frozen corn
    100g ham chopped
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    3 eggs

Directions

Cook noodles as per directions and allow to cool.
Combine all ingredients and divide into 12 muffin pans.
Bake at 180C for 30 mins
Serve hot or cold
