Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese



Introduction

This is a great side dish. Tastes just like potatoe skins. This is a great side dish. Tastes just like potatoe skins.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Kraft Light Ranch Dressing
    1/2 cup Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup imitation bacon bits or real
    2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
    1Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dressing, cheese and bacon bits in a large bowl. Add potatoes; toss lightly.

Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish; cover with foil or lid.

Bake 40 minutes. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley if you wish.

Makes 8 servings, 2/3 cup each
