Directions

Add flour mixed with baking soda. mix well befor adding the cereal and dried cranberries.
use a wooden spoon to work in the cereal and dried fruit. Drop on to non stick sprayed cookie sheer with heaping table spoon size. makes around 38 3 " cookies.

Can add nuts but be sure to alter the calories accordingly.

bake at 350 for 10 min. Makes a very soft cookie.
After cooled can be packed in freezer bags placed in a container then in the freezer, and will keep for several months. Great for those mornings when you just don't have time to fix something - very filling and packed with energy. Also an inexpensive alternative to granola bars.
