Lil's pancakes

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Soy Milk, 1 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Splenda, 3 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Flaxseed, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Mixed Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Add a little water if batter is too thick. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto sprayed frying pan. Flip when bubbles appear.

Serves 10 pancakes.
