Ingredients

¼ cup oatmeal
1 egg white
sprinkles of water
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried onion
1 oz diced up turkey breast
veggies(Lettuce, tomato, onions, mushrooms – whatever you like)
Directions
Mix oatmeal, egg white, garlic powder, and dried onion. Add water a little at a time until batter is thin but not runny. Pour onto hot griddle. Cook 1-2 minutes on first side, flip and cook second side. Use to wrap 1 oz of diced turkey breast and assorted veggies. Warning: this is less flexible than a flour wrap, so wrap while it's still warm, or on the griddle, for best results. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. These also freeze very well.
