IntroductionMy mom made this for me as a kid so much I couldn't eat it for years! But now I'm ready for more of it and it's so good! My mom made this for me as a kid so much I couldn't eat it for years! But now I'm ready for more of it and it's so good!
1 head of Cabbage, chopped
3 Green Onions (Scallions), chopped
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, baked and chopped
3 packages of Chicken Ramen Noodles, crushed
1/4c. Sunflower Seeds
1/2c. Vegetable Oil
3 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
3 Spice Packets from Chicken Ramen Noodles
2. Mix last three ingredients together well.
3. Pour liquids over the salad.
4. Mix well.
5. Refrigerate overnight or all day for best flavors.
Makes ten one cup servings (Depends on the size of the cabbage).
