3/4 cup Newman's Own Light Honey Mustard dressing
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
8 c. mixed salad greens
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. fresh raspberries
8 oz. sugar snap peas
1/2 c. toasted pecans
2. Preheat grill for high heat.
3. Lightly oil grill grate. Cook chicken 6-8 minutes per side until juices run clear. Remove from heat, cool and slice into strips.
4. In large bowl, toss chicken, greens, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peas and pecans. Pour in dressing. Toss to coat.
