Chicken Tetrazzini

Introduction

This is creamy, satisfying, and DELICIOUS!!! This is creamy, satisfying, and DELICIOUS!!!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    12 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained
    1 c. shredded 2% Reduced Fat cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp garlic, minced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    10 oz. skim milk
    8 oz. cooked, chopped chicken

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in small skillet with a little Pam on it. Mix all ingredients together. (The chicken and spaghetti should already be cooked. I just boil the chicken in water for about 20 minutes, or until done.)

Put into casserole dish, and bake at 350* for 30-45 minutes til bubbly. (You can sprinkle small amount of bread crumbs and a little more cheese on top, but that will add more calories.)

**Note: What I like to do, is make this, cook half, and freeze the other half uncooked. When I have a hectic day, just thaw, then cook.
