Multi grain low cal pancakes

Introduction

Yummy multi grain pancakes...I just made some substitutions to the box mix to make them lower calories. Enjoy! Yummy multi grain pancakes...I just made some substitutions to the box mix to make them lower calories. Enjoy!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups of Hodgson Mill Multi grain buttermilk pancake mix (with milled flax seed and soy)
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
    1 1/2 cups skim nonfat milk

    Your own toppings

Directions

Heat griddle to 360 or warm pan to medium heat and spray with nonstick spray.
Mix all ingredients. Whisk until blended.
Let stand 5 minutes
Stir again
Pour into palm sized circles on your pan. Cook until bubbles form on the top/edge then flip and cook til bottom is golden.
Top with sugar free syrup or strawberries or whatever you like!
Makes 12 pancakes medium size.
