Parmesan Chicken

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 tbsp butter
    1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese
    1tsp salt
    1tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Spray a 13x9 glass pan with cooking spray, place chicken breast in bottom of pan. Sprinkle salt, garlic powder and pepper on chicken breasts. Melt butter in microwave. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a small bowl add melted butter and mix thoroughly. Spread crumb mixture over top of chicken breasts and cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear. Super easy and my kids love it!
