Ingredients

    1 ripe pear, chopped
    1 large banana, sliced
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts, pecans, or other nuts of your choice
    6-ounce container of fat-free, sugar free vanilla yogurt

Directions

Combine all ingredients, stirring gently, just enough to combine.
