Hal & Hugh Spooner's Oriental Pasta

Ingredients

    4 cups Whole Wheat Rigatoni Pasta
    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
    2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 Onion, Chopped
    1 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
    3 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soya Sauce
    3 Cups Bean Sprouts
    1 tsp. Paprika
    1 tsp. Chili Powder
    1 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. In a large frying pan or wok cook chicken strips on medium heat then remove from pan. Add onions, green pepper and garlic powder to the pan. Stir fry until tender-crisp. Add soya sauce, paprika, chili powder, pepper, bean sprouts, chicken and noodles. Toss until sprouts are tender-crisp
