Overnight Marinated chicken

Introduction

The longer you marinate, the better. Recipe can also be made with deboned, no skin, chicken thighs for slightly higher calories.
Spices can be changed to suit your personal tastes. Baking time depends on thickness of chicken breasts

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb. chicken breasts, no bones or skin
    1 cup distilled organic white vinegar
    2 Tbsp paprika
    2 Tbsp mustard powder
    1 Tbsp black pepper
    2 Tbsp reduced sodium tamari or soy sauce



Directions

Cut chicken breasts into approximate one ounce pieces. Marinate chicken in ovenproof dish where you can lay chicken out in only one layer.
Cover and refrigerate overnight and preferably all day.
Preheat oven to 425F
Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Check chicken for doneness. If not done, bake till chicken is white at center.
