Ingredients

    3 Pork Vhops
    1tsp black pepper
    1 tspn onion powder 1 tspn garlic powder
    1 tspn serely seeds
    1 tbsp curry powder
    1 tsp majoriam
    1 tspn coriander seeds
    1 tbsp balsamic vineger
    20 g sweetend coconut milk
    1 tbsp honey
    parsly or cilantro for garnish

Directions

Spray cooking spray
Slightly brown pork.,:both sides

gradualy add water 1 cup at the time when needed.add all the spices and garlic and turn the heat to low (1 notch before extra low )

cover and let cook until tender .
Note:keep an eye on the water lebel add water nessesary .
garnish with some greens of your choice over potetos ,pasta ,rice or with just breadand butter.
