Lentils, 450 grams
Turkey Bacon, 80 grams
*Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 3 cup
Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Garlic, 2 cloves
Herbes De Provence
Salt and Pepper
2. Combine all ingredients (leave onion and garlic whole). Cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes (or until lentils are soft).
3. Take out onion and garlic and blend soup.
