Company surprise (super fast super easy)

Submitted by: CALMWATER

Introduction

Super quick lite desert that can be whipped up in the time it takes to sit and eat dinner. I've whipped it up when I've had un expected company and it always goes over big. I've done this for diabetics but you can use regular jello and fruit flavored yogurt and fruit of your choise. Regular jello makes a firmer desert. Sugar free jello just scant the boiling water and you will get the same results.
