Crepe Shells for Manicotti

Introduction

Easy, tasty shells for homemade manicotti or cannelloni Easy, tasty shells for homemade manicotti or cannelloni
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 Cup of flour
    1 Cup of milk (I use 1%)
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp of salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter. Ladle about 1/4 cup onto a 6 inch skillet or crepe pan on medium-high heat, swirling the pan to cover the pan. When the edges are dry and pulling away from the pan, carefully flip the crepe to cook the other side. The second side should be done in a few seconds.
