Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup plain light soy milk
    1 tbls sugar free orange flavored Metamucil
    3 packets of Splenda
    1 tbls vanilla flavoring

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender or a shaker to mix. I added a little crushed ice to mine and put it in a shaker to mix. It was very easy and filling.
