Macaronic pea salad

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Macaroni - elbow 2 cups
    Peas - tender tiny green peas, 2/3 can
    Albacore tuna in water - 1 can
    Black olives - 4 large cut up
    Raw onions - one small diced
    Velveeta or Cheddar cheese - 3 oz cubed
    Light mayo - approx 1/3 cup
    Regular mayo - approx 1/3 cup
    pepper to taste

Directions

Cook macaroni, drain and cool
Add ingredients and mix
Pepper to taste
Cool and serve
Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
Great over lettuce with fresh tomatoe.
