I substituted Splenda Brown Sugar for less calories. Next time I am going to try it with apples...seems like it would be great with Granny Smith! - 7/2/08

This was so good and simple to make. Peaches aren't in season yet, so I used apples. Absolutely delish! - 6/12/08

Delicious! I made it exactly as listed (though I used Smart Balance instead of butter) and it was so good. I'm going to try it with apples and pears next, as they're about to come in season here. - 8/23/10

I had put ascorbic acid powder on the peaches while I was slicing them, so I didn't use the lemon juice. Thanks for adding this recipe so that I didn't have to enter one myself! The crumble is plenty to cover an 11x7 baking dish. - 9/14/09
