  • Very simple, tasty recipe. I fixed it for my lunch using left over noodles, left over pork (didn't have to cook as long) and adding celery with the carrots. Loved it. - 9/30/09

  • This tasted nothing like pork lo mein and was hardly satisfying. I had to eat almost two portions to feel like I had a meal, but still wasn't full. My husband who eats anything wasn't fond of it either. - 10/9/08

  • I really enjoyed this tonight! I added a shredded zucchini to the carrots and onion,I used a little bit of olive oil to saute the veggies and I had to use rice vermicelli instead of the wheat spaghetti due to allergies but it all worked out great. Thanks for sharing this! - 8/12/08

  • I added broccli because my middle child loves broccli and I thought it needed an added colour. The whole family loved it the dishes were clean. - 5/28/08
