Thanksgiving in Summer Salad

Introduction

This is a throw back to familiar flavors in a different way. This is a throw back to familiar flavors in a different way.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 oz Turkey breast meat
    1 C chopped Broccoli, fresh
    1 stalk chopped Celery
    1/3 C Sweet Corn, Fresh
    1/3 C Cranberries, dried

    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 TBS Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard

Directions

Put the last 4 ingredients into a bowl and whisk together.

Add the rest and toss.

Refrigerate and ENJOY!!

    My co-workers were planning a thanksgiving in July, it was called Festivus and each of us brought a dish.
    I didn't know what to take and searched spark recipes, i found your recipe. It was easy to make and delish! Perfect for the luncheon. I didn't add the turkey because we had turkey to eat. - 8/8/11
