Perfect way to end your workout and start your day!!! Perfect way to end your workout and start your day!!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
    1/2 cup Fat Free Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
    1 cup of Cold Coffee
    4-6 cubes of ice
    Splenda to taste (optional)

Directions

Blend all the ingredients together in the blender and enjoy the yummiest iced coffee/protein shake you've ever had!!!!!

***I make my coffee the night before and leave it in the refrigerator overnight just because hot coffee makes it too thin.***
