Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Coho Salmon, 8 oz
    Tangerines, 2 small (2-1/4" dia)
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 3 tsp
    *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    Cooking Spray, 1 sprays

Directions

Peel and slice the tangerines. Add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger (vary amount to taste). Mash together to crush Tangerines. Put in a shallow container to marinate salmon for an hour or so. Spray frying pan and heat, fry salmon about a minute, flesh side down. Turn, fry another minute, the add marinade and braise for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is simmering and fish is done.
