Easy Apple Blueberry Crisp

Introduction

Quick and easy dessert for two. Quick and easy dessert for two.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Cups Sliced & peeled Granny Smith or Golden Delicious Apples
    1 Cups Blueberries
    2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/2 Cup Flour
    1/2 Cup Quick Rolled Oats
    1/3 Cup Softened Butter
    2 Tbsp. Corn starch (Tapioca starch is better and then you would need less, only 1 to 1.5 Tbsp.)
    3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. Nutmeg

    I also like to add a Tbsp or two of fat free light vanilla frozen yogurt on top, but that's optional.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease pan and place apple slices in the bottom. Mix blueberries and cornstarch, put on top of the apples. Mix the remaining ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the top. Bake for 30 mins.

Makes 4, aprox. 2cup servings
