Ingredients

    3 large Mangos
    1/3 cup chopped red onion
    2/3 cup chopped red pepper
    1 jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
    2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro
    2 Tbs fresh squeezed lime juice
    1 Tbs olive oil
    1/2 tspn ground cumin
    1/2 tspn kosher salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve over cooked chicken, fish or with chips.
