1/2 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup bbq sauce
4 flour tortillas (7 inch) heated
1 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese shredded
Stir in corn and bbq sauce, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 5 mins, stir occasionally until hot.
Spoon 1/4 of beef mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with 1/4 cup tomato and 1 tbsp cehese. Fold in half or roll up.
