Potassium Rich Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Great for breakfast - rich in potassium

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen strawberries (keep them frozen to make the smoothie thick and cold!)
    1 c. plain, non fat yogurt
    1 med banana
    1 T molassas
    1 T honey
    1/4 cup cold water

Directions

Put all ingedients into a blender.
Process on high.

Pour into a Large cup (20-24 oz) and enjoy!

Warning - don't take your vitamins with this drink - too large a swallow causes brain freeze!!
