    16 oz. lean flank steak
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dried mustard

Directions

Preheat broiler. PLace flank steak in nonstick broiling pan. Sprinkle onion and garlic powders on top of steak. Broil for about 4-5 minutes on each side until done.
