Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 64 oz (remove)
    Garlic powder, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Sage, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Apple juice, unsweetened, 2 cup

Directions

Rub powdered ingredients on pork. Place in crockpot. Pour juice over meat. Cook on Low all day. Pull apart and serve. Makes ten 6 oz servings.
