Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, small (4" dia) (remove)
Chicken Breast, no skin, 100 grams (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 plum tomato (remove)
Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped (remove)
*Salad dressing, KRAFT, Caesar Italian FREE, 1 tbsp (remove)
Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 1 slice (remove)
Pepper and italian seasoning
Put dressing on pita, chicken and top w/ tomatoes and onions. Season to taste, add fat free cheese slice to top!
Heat in oven 350 for 10 minutes,, enjoy
