Introduction

Ingredients

    1.3 lbs 99% fat free gound Turkey(Shady Brook)
    4 large egg whites
    1/3 cup quick cooking oatmeal
    4 large shallots
    1/4 small onion
    1 clove garlic
    5 slices fresh ginger rrot
    1 tablespoon Hoison sauce
    2 tablespoons rice vingar
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
    2 envelopes Herb-Ox low dry sodium chicken broth powder
    salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Place all ingredients except turkey in food processor and puree. Add turkey and pulse 4-5 times until just mixed. Add to meatloaf pan and bake at 375 for 1 hour. Makes 4 generous slices at 234 calories each.
