Amy's Salmon Patties

Ingredients

    1 14.5 oz can pink salmon
    2 egg whites
    6 saltine crackers
    3 tbsp. light mayonnaise
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Fry in skillet with 1 tbsp. canola oil for approx. 10 minutes until browned on both sides.
