    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces
    1/4 cup Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise,
    2 Tbsp Ken's Steak House, Lite Caesar Salad Dressing,
    1/2 cup chopped Carrots
    1 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits
    3 oz uncooked Barilla Plus Rotini

Directions

Boil noodles.
Combine other ingredients.
Top with chopped tomato and red onion
Serve over fresh spinach (not included in calorie count)
