Red Cabbage and Poppy Seed Coleslaw

Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 Head Red Cabbage Chopped or Shredded
    2 tsp Poppy Seeds
    1/2 Cup Mayo
    3 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp Dijon Mustard
    4 tsp Splenda
    2 Tbsp 1% Milk
    1/4 Cup Diced Onion
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Chop or shred cabbage.
Toss Cabbage, onion and poppy seeds together.
Mix all other ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk together until well blended. Add salt or pepper to taste.
Pour sauce over cabbage and cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
Makes 6 servings.
