We loved this! It was quick and easy and I must say the taste was awesome! I entered the calories and it was pretty accurate. I will deff be making this again. I made 1/2 cup servings but was only able to get 7 servings from it so I dont know what the rec. serving size is to get 10 servings. - 2/15/09

I took this to a dinner party tonight and it got rave reviews. I'll be making it again for home real soon. Thanks! The calorie count sounds too good to be true because it is, though. Entering ingredients from scratch, I'm coming up with over double this. - 9/27/08

  • I changed it a little, used low fat sour cream, few drops of lemon juice, 1 banana, sweetener, sprinkle of coconut & 1/2 c of marshmellos. Pretty good. - 4/3/10
