Whole grain bread

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    7 cups whole grain flour
    2 1/2 c. nonfat milk
    1 Tbsp yeast
    1/4 c olive oil
    1/4 c brown sugar
    2 tbsp flax seed, ground
    1 tbsp salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix for at least 10 mins. cover and let raise out of mixer. Mix again and divide into rolls or loaves. let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350* for 30 to 40 mins. The prep time reflects the time you actually spend on it not the rising time. Makes 3 loaves or about 36 rolls.
