Introduction

This is great as breakfast, dessert, or a snack. Low in calories but extremely filling!! You will NOT be hungry after this! This is great as breakfast, dessert, or a snack. Low in calories but extremely filling!! You will NOT be hungry after this!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    25g Muesli
    170g Any fat-free yoghurt of your choice
    2 servings (250ml) of any flavour low calorie jello (use 2 or more flavours to make it interesting!)

Directions

Cut jelly into little squares - put them into a bowl
Empty tub of yoghurt over jelly
Pour muesli over yoghurt

Makes 1 very full bowl.
