Venison Stew

Ingredients

    3 diced carrots
    1 stalk diced celery
    3 diced potatoes
    1 diced onion
    1c. beef stock
    1 clove garlic
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper
    1# cubed venison
    1t paprika
    1c green beans
    1c canned corn


Directions

Combine everything into croct pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. May thicken if desired (not included in the caloric value). makes 8 servings.
