Venison Stew

Ingredients

    3 red potatoes, chunked
    16 oz bag baby carrots
    5 medium mushrooms, sliced
    2# venison roast chunked for stew meat
    1/2tsp each salt and pepper
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can low fat cream mushroom soup
    1 12 oz can cola
    1 cup water



Directions

Combine everything into croct pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. May thicken if desired (not included in the caloric value).
